These Terms govern your use of the navrimilenavryala.com website and the Navri Mile Navryala member and Suchak mobile applications. Please read them before creating a profile. By verifying your mobile number you accept them.

1. Who we are
Navri Mile Navryala Matrimony LLP ("we", "us", the "Company") operates the matrimonial matchmaking platform published at https://navrimilenavryala.com and delivered through two Android applications: a member application for people seeking a marriage partner, and a Suchak application for matchmakers who assist families.
The Company is a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India (LLPIN AAF-9862) with its registered office at 473, Fugewadi, Opp. Mega Mart, Pune, Maharashtra 411012, India. It was incorporated on 18 March 2016, remained dormant for several years, and has now resumed operations. The Company is not registered under GST.
Together, the website and both applications are referred to in these Terms as the "Platform".
2. Acceptance, version and record of consent
These Terms are version 2026-06-24, effective from 2026-06-24. You accept them when you tick the acceptance box and request a one-time password (OTP) to verify your mobile number.
At that moment we record, against your account, the fact of acceptance, the version string of these Terms and of the Privacy Policy, the date and time, your IP address, your device browser/application identifier and the language you were using. That record is kept as evidence of your consent for as long as your account exists.
If we publish a materially different version, the new version identifier will be shown here and you may be asked to accept again. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the current published version.
3. Definitions
- "Member" — an individual who registers to find a marriage partner for themselves or, with that person's knowledge, for a family member.
- "Suchak" — a matchmaker or marriage bureau operator who uses the Suchak application to create and manage candidate profiles on behalf of families, and who may charge those families for that service.
- "Profile" — the information published about a candidate on the Platform.
- "Showcase Profile" — a profile created by the Platform itself for demonstration purposes. It does not represent a real person. See clause 9.
- "Content" — any text, photograph, document, horoscope detail or other material submitted to the Platform.
4. Eligibility
You may use the Platform only if you are legally competent to marry under Indian law and are seeking a lawful marriage.
- Minimum age is enforced by the Platform: 21 years for a male candidate and 18 years for a female candidate, in line with the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006. Profiles below these ages are rejected at registration and are excluded from every match query.
- You must not be prohibited from marrying under any law applicable to you, and you must not already be in a subsisting marriage unless you have lawfully disclosed and recorded that status on your profile.
- You must not use the Platform on behalf of a person who has not agreed to be listed.
- One person should have one profile. Duplicate profiles for the same candidate may be merged, suspended or removed.
- The Platform is intended for use in India and its content is provided in Marathi and English.
5. Your obligations
- Give accurate, current and complete information about yourself or the candidate you represent — particularly age, marital status, existing children, education, occupation, income and health.
- Enter only mobile numbers that you or the candidate's family actually own and are entitled to share. Do not enter a stranger's number.
- Upload only photographs of the candidate, taken with their knowledge. Do not upload another person's photograph.
- Keep your password and your OTP confidential. We will never ask you for your OTP, your password, your bank details, your card number or your UPI PIN. Anyone who does is committing fraud.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
- Conduct your own independent verification of any person before making any commitment. See the Disclaimer at https://navrimilenavryala.com/disclaimer.
6. Profiles created by a Suchak or a family member
Many profiles on this Platform are typed in by a Suchak or by a parent, sibling or relative rather than by the candidate. That is a normal part of how marriages are arranged in Maharashtra, and the Platform supports it — but with limits.
A Suchak who wishes to represent a person who is already registered on the Platform may only create a pending claim. Nothing about that person is disclosed to the Suchak, and the Suchak cannot read or edit that profile, until the person accepts a consent request sent to a mobile number already recorded on their profile. Consent has a validity period, and the person may revoke it at any time, which closes the Suchak's access again.
If you enter a candidate's details, you confirm that you have that candidate's permission to do so and to publish those details. If we are told that permission was not given, we may suspend or remove the profile without notice.
7. Contact numbers and who can see them
A candidate's mobile number is not published openly. Each member chooses a contact-visibility rule — visible to anyone, only after an interest is accepted, only to sufficiently well-matched profiles, or to no one — and can additionally require that the viewer be photo-verified or identity-verified.
Even where a member permits it, revealing a contact number normally also requires the viewer to hold a paid plan with contact-reveal entitlement. Each reveal is recorded against the viewer for quota purposes.
Between Suchaks, a candidate's name, village, detailed address and mobile number are hidden by default; the Suchak who represents that candidate may choose to reveal any of them.
8. What we do not do — please read this carefully
The Platform is an intermediary that publishes what its users submit. This is the single most important thing to understand before you rely on anything you read here.
- We do NOT verify that the information in a profile is true. Age, marital status, education, job, income, property, caste, health and family details are supplied by the user and are published without independent checking, unless a specific verification badge says otherwise.
- We do NOT run background checks, criminal-record checks, credit checks or medical checks on any member.
- We do NOT guarantee that you will find a match, receive replies, or get married.
- We do NOT act as a marriage broker, guardian or negotiator between families, and we take no part in dowry, gift or financial arrangements of any kind.
- We do NOT endorse, recommend or vouch for any member, family or Suchak, whatever their ranking or badge on the Platform.
Verification, and the decision to marry, remain entirely yours.
9. Showcase profiles — an honest disclosure
You must know this before you use the Platform. The Platform creates and publishes a category of profile that we call a "Showcase Profile". A Showcase Profile is generated by the Company. It does not represent a real person and no real person is behind it.
Showcase Profiles exist so that a new or narrowly filtered search does not return an empty screen while the member base is still growing. They are created automatically, including in response to a search that returned very few results, and are shaped to resemble what that search asked for.
Showcase Profiles behave automatically. Specifically, they may:
- view real members' profiles, which then appears in "who viewed me" and generates an ordinary notification;
- send an interest to a real member;
- accept or decline an interest that a real member sent, decided automatically rather than by a person;
- reply to chat messages, and display online, typing and read-receipt indicators.
These actions use the same screens, notifications and records as a real member's actions. Except for an "AI Assisted Replies" tag that may appear inside a chat thread, a Showcase Profile is not currently labelled as such in search results, on the profile page, in "who viewed me" or in the interest flow.
Accordingly: do not treat a view, an interest or an accepted interest as proof that a real person is interested in you. Before you rely on any interaction, speak to the family on the telephone and verify independently.
We do not ask a Showcase Profile for money, and no Showcase Profile will ever ask you for money. If you believe you have spent a paid contact-reveal credit on a Showcase Profile, write to us at supportnavri@gmail.com or telephone 91284 92284 and we will restore the credit.
10. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the Platform to do any of the following. Doing so may lead to immediate suspension and to a report to the police.
- Impersonate any person, or publish a profile for a person who has not agreed to it.
- Publish information you know to be false about age, marital status, children, education, income, caste, religion or health.
- Demand, offer, negotiate or discuss dowry in any form. Demanding dowry is an offence under the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.
- Ask any member for money, a loan, a gift, a payment "to release a parcel", an investment, a cryptocurrency transfer, or bank/UPI/card credentials.
- Harass, stalk, threaten, abuse, or send sexual, obscene or violent content to any member.
- Post content that is defamatory, casteist, communal, or that incites hatred or violence.
- Publish another person's photograph, contact number, address or documents without their consent, or resell, scrape, copy or bulk-export data from the Platform.
- Use bots, automated scripts, or any means of accessing the Platform other than its published interfaces, or attempt to defeat its security, masking or quota controls.
- Register if you are below the minimum marriage age, or create a profile for a minor.
- Use the Platform for any purpose other than seeking a lawful marriage — including commercial solicitation, recruitment, or dating.
11. Your content and the licence you give us
You keep ownership of everything you submit. To operate the Platform we need permission to use it, so you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, resize, watermark, translate and display your Content to other users of the Platform and to Suchaks, strictly for matchmaking purposes and strictly within the visibility settings you have chosen.
Photographs are re-encoded and resized on upload. A photograph shown to another Suchak carries a watermark naming the Suchak viewing it, so that any misuse can be traced.
We may refuse, remove or blur any Content that breaches these Terms or the law, and we may do so without prior notice where the content is unlawful.
This licence ends when the Content is deleted, except for copies retained in backups or where a law requires us to keep them.
12. Paid plans and payments
Some features — such as revealing contact numbers, or a Suchak's access to bulk biodata intake — require a paid plan. Prices, entitlements and validity are shown before you pay.
Payments to the Company are collected through our payment gateway, PayU. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
A plan is delivered digitally and becomes usable immediately on successful payment. Cancellation and refund terms are set out separately at https://navrimilenavryala.com/refund-policy, which forms part of these Terms.
13. Money you pay to a Suchak — the Company is not a party
A Suchak is an independent business, not our employee or agent. A Suchak may agree their own service fee, meeting fee or success fee directly with a family, and may send that family a payment request and a UPI QR code generated through the Suchak application.
That money is paid by the family to the Suchak. It does not pass through the Company, we do not receive it, and we are not a party to that agreement. Any dispute about it is between the family and the Suchak, although the Platform records the request and provides a complaint route (see https://navrimilenavryala.com/grievance).
Fees a Suchak discloses as optional notes — for example a per-meeting fee or a post-marriage fee — are disclosures, not amounts the Platform bills.
14. Our status as an intermediary
The Company is an "intermediary" within the meaning of Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and claims the protection of Section 79 of that Act in respect of content published by its users.
We comply with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. We have published these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our user agreement; we have appointed a Grievance Officer whose name and contact details appear at https://navrimilenavryala.com/grievance; and we will remove or disable access to unlawful content on receipt of a valid court order or a notification from an authorised government agency, within the time the law requires.
We do not initiate the transmission of user content, do not select its receiver, and do not modify it, other than by the automatic formatting, resizing and masking described in these Terms.
15. Suspension, termination and deletion
We may suspend or terminate a profile immediately, without refund, if we reasonably believe it breaches these Terms or the law, if it impersonates someone, if a candidate says they never consented to being listed, or if we are required to do so by a court or authority.
You may ask us at any time to close your account and delete your profile. Write to supportnavri@gmail.com or telephone 91284 92284, or use the grievance route at https://navrimilenavryala.com/grievance. We act on such requests as described in the Privacy Policy at https://navrimilenavryala.com/privacy.
On termination, clauses concerning liability, indemnity, governing law and any accrued payment obligations survive.
16. Intellectual property
The Platform, its software, design, database structure, matching logic, Marathi and English interface text, and the "Navri Mile Navryala" name and logo belong to the Company. You may not copy, adapt, reverse-engineer or redistribute any of it.
17. Disclaimer and limit of our liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". Our full disclaimer is set out at https://navrimilenavryala.com/disclaimer and forms part of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, the Company is not liable for any loss arising from the conduct, misrepresentation, fraud or criminal act of any member, family or Suchak; from a marriage that does not take place or does not succeed; from information published by a user; or from any interaction that begins on the Platform and continues off it.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the amount you actually paid the Company in the 6 months before the claim arose, or ₹5,000, whichever is lower.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
18. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the Company against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, from information you published, or from your conduct towards another user.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms. The version identifier and effective date at the top of this page always show which version is current. Material changes will be notified through the Platform, and where the law requires it, we will seek your acceptance again.
20. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any right you have to approach a consumer forum where you reside, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
