As a paid member of this site, you have the privilege to contact hundreds of profiles. However, there is a specified limit to send messages per day due to fair online usage policy.

I forgot my User ID / Password. What should i do?


Click on the "Forgot Password" link in the home page and enter your "E-mail address" or "User ID". Your "User ID" and "Password" will be mailed to you immediately.


Your Email address should be the one given in your profile.




How do I change my password?


Login using your "Matrimony / Email ID" and "Password".

Click on your name, at the bottom of your name click on the Change Password.

Enter your current password.

Enter your new password and confirm the same. Click on "Save Changes" button.

Your new password will be activated immediately and can be used from the next time you login.




Why am I not able to login? Why is the message "Invalid User ID / E-mail ID" or "Incorrect Password" being displayed?


The password you have entered might be wrong. Alternatively, you might be having the CAPS LOCK "On". Please check whether the password is entered in the correct case (Upper or Lower).

Please ensure that there are no spaces in the User ID typed. For e.g., it should be N111111  not N 1111 11.

If you have forgotten your password, please click on the "Forgot Password" link to retrieve the same.

The E-mail ID you are using to login must be the same one with which you had registered on the website.



Can I choose my own User ID?


Every User ID is unique and is allocated by the system. You cannot choose your own User ID since it is system generated. It cannot be changed under any circumstance.




I'm registering for my sister/brother and me. Can we both have the same User ID?


A User ID identifies each person uniquely. Please register separate profiles for you and your sibling. Also note that if you are male then you are able to view only female profile and vice versa.




How long will it take to upgrade my profile, once I make the payment?


We will upgrade your profile as soon as we receive your payment.

How do I make the payment through post / courier?


You can send cheque/DD along with your User ID to any of our addresses. Please send cheques in the local currency of the office to which it is sent. Click here for addresses.




How long will it take to upgrade my profile if I have made the payment by Cheque/DD through post or courier?


We will upgrade your profile once we receive your payment. If you have made the payment and your profile is still not upgraded, kindly contact our office or send a mail to  along with your payment details.

How do I add my profile?

The form to add your profile will be displayed. Give all the necessary as well as optional details asked in the form. Click on the Register button.

Give as many details as possible, including your contact details in full. This will increase the chances of your profile being displayed when our members search for matches.

After you submit your information, your profile will be automatically created and you shall be given a "User ID" generated for future references.


All the profiles are validated before inclusion in the database. It may take up to 24 hours for the validation.  Or you can validate your profile by your registered email id. Also you will receive the your login details  on your registered mobile number.




Can I register for my friend, relative or sibling?


Yes! In fact we have a large number of profiles being registered by parents, siblings, relatives etc.

You can modify the profile contents that are displayed and confirm it by clicking on the "Save Changes" button.




Are there any restrictions on modifications?


All members are restricted from changing their gender.






I'm a non-member. Can I contact a member?


As a non-member you can only search for profiles of members registered on our portal. But to contact them you have to become a member.




How do I change a photo in my profile?
